Donut Recipe

donut ingredients:
• Yeast 2 tbsp
• Sugar 1/4 cup
• Egg 1
• Milk semi-warm 3/4 cup
• Water warm 1/8 cup
• Cooking Oil (for deep frying)as required
• Flour 2-3 cups
• Salt as per your taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and add yeast and water then mix them until they dissolved well.
- Add sugar, salt, 1 cup of flour, egg, milk, and mix on low speed for a few seconds.
- Scrape the sides and continue beating for 2 minutes.
- Then add the remaining flour and mix until it gets smooth dough, after getting smooth cover with a sheet or cloth and leave for an hour or until the mixture doubles in volume.
- Then spread some dry flour on the surface and roll the dough to 1/2 inches thickness and cut with a round cookie cutter.
- On floured baking sheet cover the donuts with a cloth and leave for 30-40 minutes until double in size.
- Then heat oil in a deep fryer to fry them. After getting the oil hot add the best doughnuts and turn their sides until they turn golden brown take out after straining from the oil.
- After getting cool down make a small hole with the help of a sharp knife and insert frosting.
- Spread sugar powder or vanilla or chocolate glazed as well as colored sprinkles.
