Chilli Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
- 5 medium potato
- salt
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- oil
- 10 garlic clove
- 3 green chilli
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Method:
- Take five medium-sized potatoes cut them into French fry shapes and wash them very well.
- Take a pan filled with water and put all these potatoes in it. Add half a teaspoon salt and cook it till one boil. After one boil slow down the gas flame and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and take out potatoes in a pot.
- Then add 2 tbsp rice flour or (corn flour), 2 tbsp all-purpose flour mix them very well, and put it on the side.
- Now will make another batter to make it more crispy.
- Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red chili mix them and add water to make a thick batter.
- Then add potatoes to the batter and mix them well till the potatoes are coated nicely.
- Take a frying pan and heat the oil in it.
- Fry all the potatoes on high flame until they turn into a light golden color. T
- After they turn into light golden color take out all the potatoes.
- To make them more crispy, We have to fry them twice that's why we are taking out them of their light golden color.
- Fry all the fried potatoes again, on high flame till dark golden color.
- Drain out all the potatoes from the oil.
- Now we are making sauces. Here we have cut vegetables to add
- First, add chopped garlic to the oil and fry them, then add green chilies roughly cut onion, and capsicum and mix them well.
- Then add soya sauce and chili sauce, add half tsp black pepper, and cook it on high flame.
- Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
- Take a small bowl and add 1 tbsp corn flour and add water to make it liquid form, and add to the sauce and cook it nicely Take off from the stove.
- A tasty, yummy, and delicious chili potato dish is ready to serve.
