Chicken Biryani

Chicken Biryani near me is well well-known favorite dish of sub-continental people. Chicken Biryani is a mixed rice dish that includes a combination of spices. Chicken Biryani is a very famous dish in India and Pakistan. There are different ways to cook Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

1. Chicken ---1 1/4 kg

2. Rice --- 1 kg

3. Ginger, garlic paste --- two tbsp

4. Salt ---- as per taste

5. Onion (chopped) --- 3 (medium slices)

6. Tomatoes (chopped) --- 6 (medium size)

7. Yogurt (sprinkled) --- 1 cup

8. White cumin --- 1 teaspoon

9. Turmeric---1 tbsp

10. red pepper --- 2 tbsp

 11. coriander --- 1 tbsp  

 12. Green Chilies ( Chopped) --- 6-8 pieces

13.Garam masala--- 1 tbsp

14. Green coriander ( chopped) --- half lump

15. Mint (chopped) --- half  lump

16.Ground Garam masala--- 2 tbsp

17. Yellow color --- a pinch

18. Milk ---1 cup

19. Kyora Essence few drops

15. Cooking oil --- 1 cup

Method:

1. Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes and add Garam Masala it will add more flavor and to your biryani. When it starts to crackle, add onion and fry till it turns into golden.

2. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric, and cumin and stir for 2-3 minutes, and then add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are melted.

3. When the tomatoes are well melted and come into a paste

4. Then add chicken, salt, red chili, crushed coriander, crushed Garam masala, green chilies, green coriander, and mint.

5. Then add yogurt mix well and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes.

6. Boil the rice and strain the water through a sieve (3-5 min before it boils full).

7. Spread the chicken in a large saucepan and place a layer of rice on top of it.

8. Cover the pan and keep it on a hot stove for 15 to 20 minutes

9. Delicious Aromatic chicken Biryani is ready to serve.

Tips

Always use a heavy bottom pan.

When cooked at home Chicken breast can dry. So, it is good to use the thigh.

Do not separate bones from chicken. If you want your chicken juicy.

If your rice becomes sticky spread them on the plate for 4-5 minutes. Rice will be separate and fluffy again.
