- Boiled Milk 2 cups
- Custard Powder (Vanilla) 2 tbsp
- Boiling Water 1 cup
- Cold Milk 1/4 tbsp
- Chocolate Sticks 2 or more
- Dry Fruits
- Jelly 1 Packet
Method:
- First, take a pan, put 2 cups of milk, add sugar to the milk, and cook. Mix custard in the cold milk and then add it to the boiling milk and cook it well.
- Take another pan and boil 1 cup of water, then add the jelly powder to the boiling water and stir it regularly. Stir till the jelly does not mix well.
- Now take out the jelly into a pattern and let it cool down after getting cool take out the jelly and cut it into your desired shape.
- Take 1 tablespoon of oil into another pan and add dry fruits, and fry them on low heat. After frying took them out and let them cool down.
- Now take a beautiful bowl and add the custard into the bowl and then garnish it with dry fruits, also put some chocolate sticks and molded jelly on the custard and decorate it well.
