The basic Strawberry Shake
Strawberry shake is very healthy for our body as it is suitable for the immune system because it is a great source of vitamin C.Strawberry is good energy-boosting fruit. The creamy strawberry milkshake is a rich source of fiber, vitamin C and minerals. It fights against cancer and helps improve dark spots on the skin and lighten them. It helps to reduce inflammation of joints and inflammation of joints controlling type two diabetes. It also controls cholesterol and blood pressure. It is suitable for weight loss because it is low in calories and the best choice for those who use low calories foods.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup vanilla extract
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 tablespoon strawberry flavor ice cream
Method:
- Wash the strawberry and freeze it for an hour. Take one cup of strawberries and slice them thinly.
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle granulated sugar, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and combine them.
- Freeze them for an hour. Put 2 glasses into the freezer and freeze the glasses to chill.
- Blend the strawberries and put them into the blender and scrap in all the syrupy juice that has accumulated at the bottom of the bowl.
- Add 1 cup of whole condensed milk and blend until strawberries change into a soft mass. There should be no large pieces left of strawberries.
- Add milk powder into the milk and if you want to add and blend it again. (Powder milk is not necessary you can add it only if you want to add)
- Take the blender jar off and add 1-pint strawberry ice cream. Stir ice cream into the milk by hand. Stir thoroughly otherwise, it will be stuck.
- Pour it into chill glasses and garnish it with strawberries.
- A tasty and yummy milkshake is ready to drink.
- Slurp immediately!
