Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Tomato  (normal size) 5-6 
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Green chilies (large size) 5-6
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 inches piece
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First of all add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chili paste in a karahi, and 5 cups water and mix it nicely then add mutton into the mixture, leaving it to cook well on low flame.
  2. When the meat gets cooked properly then add all spices and yogurt in it and dry all water on low flame after drying the water add cooking oil in it. Then fry it lightly.
  3. When on heating cooking starts to separate your dish is ready. Sprinkle lemon juice on it and add green chilies if want to add them.
