Chicken pizza recipe

Ingredients: (for dough)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant dry yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 and a half cup flour(275gram)
- Plus half a cup more (50gram)
- 1 tsp salt
- Dry milk powder 2 tbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
Ingredients:(for chicken chunks)
- 250g Boneless chicken cut into cube
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste or powder
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Ingredients: (for toppings)
- Pizza sauce 2 tbsp.
- Chicken chunks
- Mozzarella or pizza cheese 1 cup
- Vegetables of your choice
- oregano and oil for sprinkle
Method:
- Take lukewarm water 1 and half cups and 2 tsp sugar, add 1 tsp instant yeast mix them well, and leave them for 10 minutes after covering.
- Now in a bowl take 2 and a half cups (275g) of all-purpose flour. You can make 2 large size pizzas from this dough. If you want to make 1 pizza you can use half the quantity of the above flour.
- Add a tsp salt, milk powder 2 tbsp (optional) it gives a very soft texture to the pizza. Mix them nicely. If you don't have milk powder then you can use fresh milk 2 tsp.
- Add a mixture of water and yeast to them mix them nicely and make a soft dough. cover it for 15 minutes.
- Add half a cup of all-purpose flour to the dough a little at a time and knead well while adding dry flour. When you leave all-purpose flour for some time after covering it, its protein becomes active and it gives a very soft texture to pizza
- Apply some oil in the base and on the top of the dough and leave it for an hour. After an hour dough will be ready and now punch the dough lightly.
- Cut the dough into 2 pieces. You can make two large-size pizzas from this dough and 3 medium size pizzas.
- Apply oil on the baking pizza plate or dish. Roll out the dough at 1/4 inch thick. To make your pizza base sponge roll the dough with soft hands. Whenever you are making pizza keep covering the dough at every stage.
- To make it in restaurant style fold the sides of the base inside the tray. Now keep it aside and cover it.
- Now take (250grams) of boneless chicken cut into small pieces. Before frying keep chicken in the water for some time by doing this it will not stick while frying. must try this tip.
- Add salt to taste, pepper powder 1tsp, chili powder 1tsp, half tsp of each ginger or garlic powder or paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar, and 1 tbsp oil. mix all the ingredients with the chicken. Now switch on the flame and cook the chicken on medium to high flame so the chicken will remain juicy and don't become hard. After cooking it take it out from the stove and set aside.
- Now prick the pizza base with fork and put pizza sauce on it. Spread it nicely over the pizza base. If you don't want to add pizza sauce you can also use chili garlic ketchup.
- Add 1 tbsp ranch sauce to it. It is totally optional.
- Put chicken pieces on the base one by one and spread mozzarella or pizza cheese over the chicken. apply chees in the center, not on the sides.
- Add vegetables of your choice here we use only mushrooms, capsicum, and tomatoes. use tomatoes after removing their seeds and water.
- Put black olives on it. Preheat the oven over 200 Celcius and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle olive oil on it and apply on the sides with a brush. Due to oil pizza becomes shiny, brown, and crispy. Sprinkle some oregano.
- Now bake pizza for 15 mins on the lower grill and 5 mins on the upper grill.
- A very tasty and yummy pizza is ready cut into pieces and serve.
