Chicken Soup Recipe
This chicken soup recipe is easy & it is delicious. For this chicken soup, you can use any part of the chicken. This chicken vegetable soup is one of the must-try soup recipes for your dinner. Ingredients: (For Boiling Chicken)
- Water 4 cups (1 L)
- Chicken 220 grams
- Salt 1tbsp
- Ginger powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)
- Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)
Method: (For Boiling Chicken)
- Take a pan and 1 liter water to it and add chicken into the water, Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on medium flame by covering it with a lid. (you can use any type of chicken here it is up to your choice)
- Take out the lid, Stir the spoon, and flip the peace of chicken then cook chicken for another 8-9 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and take out the boiled chicken from the chicken stock. Chicken stock is ready, keep the chicken stock aside for later use.
- Let the chicken cool down completely and then shred the chicken.
Ingredients: (For Soup)
- Oil 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp (10grams)
- Chopped onion 3 tbsp (28 grams)
- Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup (34 grams)
- Chopped carrot 1/2 cup (42 grams)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)
- Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp (8ml)
- Tomato sauce 1 tbsp (15ml)
- Corn starch/corn flour 2tbsp (14grams)
- Water 1/4 cup (60ml)
- 1 egg
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp (8ml)
Method:
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil in it and add chopped garlic. Fry it for 8-10 seconds, and add chopped onion to it. Add chopped capsicum, and chopped carrot. Fry them for 15-20 seconds.
- Then add salt to it. Fry it for 1.5-2 minutes.
- Then add shredded chicken to them. Fry it for 40-45 seconds. Do not fry it for a long time.
- Add the chicken stock to the mixture and stir it nicely, add pepper powder, soya sauce, and tomato sauce to it. Mix them well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Take another bowl and add cornstarch or corn flour to the bowl. Add half a cup of water to the flour and mix it well.
- Add it to the mixture, mix it again, and cook it for 1.5-2 minutes.
- Take another bowl beat an egg to it and add a pinch of salt. Mix it well.
- Add the beaten egg very slowly into the mixture and mix it vigorously while adding the egg.
- Then add coriander leaves to it and mix them well. Also, add lemon juice to the solution and stir it to mix well.
- A very delicious tasty and yummy soup recipe is ready to serve.
