Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients: (For Boiling Chicken)

  • Water 4 cups (1 L)
  • Chicken 220 grams
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)

Method: (For Boiling Chicken)

  1. Take a pan and 1 liter water to it and add chicken into the water, Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on medium flame by covering it with a lid. (you can use any type of chicken here it is up to your choice)

  2. Take out the lid, Stir the spoon, and flip the peace of chicken then cook chicken for another 8-9 minutes.

  • Oil 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp (10grams)
  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp (28 grams)
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup (34 grams)
  • Chopped carrot 1/2 cup (42 grams)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp (1gram)
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp (8ml)
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp (15ml)
  • Corn starch/corn flour 2tbsp (14grams)
  • Water 1/4 cup (60ml)
  • 1 egg
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp (8ml)

Method:

  1. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil in it and add chopped garlic. Fry it for 8-10 seconds, and add chopped onion to it. Add chopped capsicum, and chopped carrot. Fry them for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Then add salt to it. Fry it for 1.5-2 minutes.
  3. Then add shredded chicken to them. Fry it for 40-45 seconds. Do not fry it for a long time.
  4. Add the chicken stock to the mixture and stir it nicely, add pepper powder, soya sauce, and tomato sauce to it. Mix them well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Take another bowl and add cornstarch or corn flour to the bowl. Add half a cup of water to the flour and mix it well.

  6. Add it to the mixture, mix it again, and cook it for 1.5-2 minutes.
  7. Take another bowl beat an egg to it and add a pinch of salt. Mix it well.

  8. Add the beaten egg very slowly into the mixture and mix it vigorously while adding the egg.
  9. Then add coriander leaves to it and mix them well. Also, add lemon juice to the solution and stir it to mix well.
