Ingredients:
- Cream 2 cups
- 1 Chicken in 12 pieces
- 3 Onion chopped
- Curry leaves 2-3
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli 15 to 20 (round)
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger Chopped 3 tbsp
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/3 tbsp
- Water as per need
Method:
- Take the red pepper cut it and remove its seeds and then grind the seeds. (Don't waste the peel keep them for another use)
- Now take a pan and heat the oil and put the onion into the oil then fry them.
- When it turns golden brown then take out the onion and squeeze it and grind it.
- Fry ginger and garlic paste in this oil for 2 minutes.
- Then add chicken and fry on high heat for 10 minutes.
- After that, add garam masala and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt and chili seeds which we had ground in strat.
- After adding salt and grinding chili seeds, also add turmeric powder and 5 cups of water and cook.
- When it starts boiling then cook it for 20 minutes on low flame after boiling.
- Remove the lid then add the cream and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Now add crushed onion and curry leaves and cook for another 10 minutes.
- In the end, add the cream and mix it well.
- Garnish with chopped ginger and a delicious and tasty Chicken White Korma is ready to serve.
