Chicken Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 1 piece
- Ketchup 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Grind black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Giger 1/2 inch piece
- Red chilli 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 2 tablespoon
- Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Method:
- Take Chicken in a bowl and put black pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and mix it very well with the chicken. So that all these are coated with chicken completely.
- Now add an egg into corn flour and mix it very well therefore it will be able to coat the chicken piece.
- Take a pan and heat the oil and one by one put all the chicken pieces into the oil and fry them.
- When all the pieces get brown in colour take them out.
- Add Grinded red chilli into vinegar and mix them very well and make a paste.
- take a pan heat up the oil and fry the ginger and when it turns golden take it out. Put ketchup, red chilli and vinegar paste and mix it, and also add sugar with them.
- And soup or water whatever you have added in it and when it starts to boil then add fried chicken to it.
- Cook it for 3 minutes and when it starts to boil add capsicum and onion to it and cook on the high flame for 1 minute. Don't cook for a long time onion will turn soft after cooking a long time.
- Delicious Manchurian is ready.
- Take them out in a dish or bowl and serve them with Chinese rice or Egg Fried rice.
