Paratha Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
- Some onion rings
- Some toothpicks
For Chicken Marination:
- 400 grams of Boneless Chicken
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 2 Pinch of White Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tikka Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Ginger
- 5 Tablespoons of Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- A Piece of Aluminum Foil
- A Piece of Burnt Coal
- A few Drops of Cooking Oil
For Paratha Dough:
- 2 Cup of Maida/Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Some Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- Some Oil for Greasing Dough
- Ghee for Greasing
- Some Maida For Dusting
- Cooking Oil for Frying Paratha's
For Green Chatni:
- Some Mint Leaves
- Some Coriander Leaves
- 3 Green Chillies
- Some Ginger Pieces
- Some Garlic Pieces
- 1/3 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
For Mint Mayonnaise:
- 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon of Green Chutni
For Mint Yogurt:
- 4 Tablespoons of Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon of Green Chutni
Sauce recipe Method:(Green Chatni)
- Take some leaves of mint and coriander, 3 green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
- Take a blender jug and first of all, add mint leaves into the jug then add coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and then add half tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon into the jug and blend them. Due to lemon green color will be maintained. After blending take them out and very spicy mint chatni is ready.
Mint Mayonnaise method:
- Take a small bowl and add 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise in the bowl.
- Add mint chatni made earlier. and a mint mayonnaise is ready very quickly.
Mint yogurt Chatni Method:
- Take another bowl and 4 tbsp yogurt and add mint chatni in it another yogurt mint chatni is ready in a few minutes.
Paratha Method:
- Take 400 grams of boneless chicken cut into cubes. Add half tsp salt 1/2 tsp chili powder, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, 2 pinches of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp tikka masala, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, and 5 tbsp yogurt. Now mix all the ingredients well and put aside.
- On the other side take a bowl put a stainer into it and 2 cups of all-purpose flour in it. Add half tsp salt mix salt into flour with hand, add water slowly, and mix it gently. Don't make hard dough make soft dough. Knead the dough gently, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, and knead the dough again. Grees the dough with cooking oil and rest it for 2-3 minutes and again knead it for 1-2 minutes. Cover it and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil spread oil in the pan add marinated chicken and mix it with a spatula.
- Add a little amount of water cover it and leave it to cook.
- After cooking the chicken spread it on the side of the pan and put an aluminum foil in the center.
- Put a burnt coil on the aluminum foil, add cooking oil to the coil, and cover it completely. It will give a very nice smokey flavor.
- On the other side, the dough is ready. Let's start to make parathas.
- Sprinkle the dry flour and take out the dough on it. Make small balls from the dough.
- Now put them on a plate, take a ball on the board, roll a paratha, put some ghee on it, and spread it all over. Dust some dry flour on it, mark a cut roll it from one side to the other, and make a ball of it.
- Take a hot plate heat it put the paratha on the pan change its side after heating it, put ghee on it and again turn its side and put ghee on it. Heat it till golden brown. A very tasty paratha is ready.
- Take a paratha on board, put some mint mayonnaise on it, mark a line of chicken tikka on the paratha and put onion rings on it, add mint yogurt on the paratha, roll the paratha, and insert a toothpick at last.
